The hotel is situated in a fairly quiet residential area, convenient for visiting family, although the surroundings are not very uplifting. It was okay for our needs during our weekend away, with lots of fast-food places nearby. The room had everything we needed and was spotless, although there was no air conditioning provided, just a fan and a window that opens, which was much needed in the hot weather. The on-site Beefeater offered a buffet-style breakfast, which has always been a bit of a treat for us.

The hotel runs a fantastic breakfast service starting from 6.30 am, always busy but of very good quality. The rooms were set up with comfort in mind, offering big, clean, and comfy beds. Couldn't fault it for value, though it was a bit warm. Great for the price!

It's also very close to a major shopping complex and attractions like Hull City and the ferry port. The nearby dining options are excellent, especially at the nearby Beefeater.
